Tortoises move quicker than I thought. They are fascinating and everytime I see them I think of Darwin.

I was most excited to draw Rhinos, Elephants and Gorillas. The Gorillas were very popular and uncooperative, but the Rhino was relatively alone. Unfortunatley most of the time I could only see his back, but he did lift his head a few times.

The Elephants were fantastic and very active, almost too active. But I think these are my best sketches from the whole weekend.

The Polar Bear and the some of the indoor reptile boxes. The lighting really caught me on the reptiles, but I don't think I captured that here.
